My First Week

I have followed the program this week and instead of doing exercise dvd's i've been doing the biggest loser challenge on my Wii everyday.  Toward the end of the week I was starting to feel pretty sore which is good cos I know it's working.  Lost 600g from Sunday to Wednesday.  Was pretty happy with that.  Roll on week 2.

Day before kick off

Can't belive kick off is tomorrow.  I have so many emotions going on today.  Have to do my measurements and before pic today.  This is going to be very confronting.  I always try and avoid any type of confrontation but i can't avoid this one.
